What to know about returns.  We store and prepare your orders with great care and attention to detail so as not to damage them. That said, our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and damages during transportation. When you receive your order, make sure it is in order. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return one or more items that have been damaged.

 

The Boutique LOCALE store will be happy to send you a new order that meets our standards.

Note that all returns will, of course, be inspected!
